GMS 7.0 is in beta right now. To run it, you have to acquire a free trial license via the internet. No previous license is required. Once GMS goes out of beta, a regular license will be required. Users of previous versions of GMS will be able to get a regular license to version 7.0 if they are current on their annual maintenance.
