I think you will need to figure it out from the FEMWATER manual. There is a salinity instrusion example mentioned but the details must be published elsewhere. I am in a similar position as I am trying to do a (non density dependent) contaminant transport problem in FEMWATER. GMS helps but it seems you still need to understand the details of the model.
