CMS-FLOW ERROR

Hi.

I´m trying to simulate wind currents with CMS FLOW.

The thing is that, when I try to save the results, it prompts "ERROR: NaN ETA VALUE ENCOUNTERED"

Does anybody knows what could be the problem?

Thank you in anticipation.

Fernando,

Are you using the latest version of CMS-Flow? I searched for the error you posted in the latest version of the code and the closest I could find was "ERROR = NaN found for ETA at TIME = XX Cell number - XX ERROR: NaN found, See CMS_DIAG.TXT".

This error is printed when writing the wsel file (0M2STEER_ETA.M2S) if the ETA value is not a number (NaN). The latest version of CMS-Flow should tell you the cell number in the error message to help you troubleshoot the problem. You can download the latest version of CMS-Flow from http://xmswiki.com/xms/SMS:Downloads - See http://www.aquaveo.com/f.php5?s=sms&v=10.0&p=models
