A. Puelma
Hi, Is there any way to extract velocity time series for a specific node after the model run? Thanks, Andres
Rusty Jones
You can do this using a time-series plot in the observation coverage. Steps: 1. Create an observation coverage 2. Create a map point at the same location as your node. 3. Select "Display | Plot wizard" from the menu. 4. Choose a time-series plot and select the data you want to use. I assume that you mean velocity magnitude rather than x and y velocity components. If not, you will want to convert the vectors to scalar datasets first. motasurfing
Can I use the same procedure to extract a tidal time series at one point? Thanks
Rusty Jones
Absolutely, the procedure can plot any dataset loaded into SMS.Can I use the same procedure to extract a tidal time series at one point? Thanks
