Solid Model-Conceptual model

Hi,

I was asked to extend the bottom boundary of a groundwater model that before developed in GMS. In that model, Solid model was used to generate MODFLOW data. I want to know for extending the bottom of the model, is it possible to use the same solid model and create a zone from the bottom of the solid model to the depth I want in the conceptual model, and then convert it into MODFLOW or I have to define a new solid model.

I would be grateful if you can help me.

There are a lot of ways to do this. If you just want to adjust the elevation of the bottom most layer of the model, then it would probably be easiest to adjust only that array. You can do this by interpolating to a 2D grid that matches your modflow grid. And then assigning that dataset to the bottom elevation array.
