Kevin Chandler
Hi, I'm trying to model ET in an area that always has a high water table. I am running a 1 year transient model with a variable ET rate. I have specified my ET surface, and set extinction depths using polygons. I have tried several extinction depths and found that the model doesn't vary, and the ET stress drains the top layer of the model in places. If I lower the ET max rates to extremely low values, I still have too much water leaving the model. The surface and extinction depths are within layer 1 of my model, but it is as if the extinction depth is not being used in the simulations. Does anyone have an Idea?
