There's not a way to input the ineffective flow areas in WMS. You need to add your ineffective flow areas using the HEC-RAS interface. We hope to add this option in the future.

You can still read your results and delineate your floodplain after adding ineffective flow areas in HEC-RAS. However, you should not add or delete cross sections in HEC-RAS. This will cause problems with WMS when reading your RAS solution information.
