Annieb08
Hello, I am going through the Well Construction tutorial and am having issues when I use the Transform XS2D Well Detail Line. When I go through the steps and add the information, the tool runs and populates the WellConstructionLine feature class but the features are not visible in the same extent as the borelines on the cross section. I'm not even seeing an extent in the Source tab within the properties. I have the WellConstructionLine in the same feature dataset so I'm not quite sure why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Doug Gallup
I assume you've followed the steps to symbolize the risers, after activating the data frame for the cross section? What if you start a new map, and add just the WellConstructionLine_6475 feature class, does it display? Would it be possible to attach the WellConstructionLine_6475 feature class here on the forum? Also, which version of Arc Hydro Groundwater are you running?
Annieb08
Hello, I am using version 3.3.0 of Arc Hydro Groundwater for ArcGIS 10.0. I am following the steps in the tutorial but I am using my own data. When I add the two feature classes (WellConstructionLine_2 and XS2D_Boreline_2) to another MXD, the same problem is displaying. The extents are off. I don't see where I can attach the geodatabase but below are the source details for both feature classes: WellConstructionLine_2Data Type: Shapefile Feature ClassShapefile: C:\Users\abergmann\Documents\WellConstructionLine_2.shpGeometry Type: LineProjected Coordinate System: NAD_1983_StatePlane_Arizona_Central_FIPS_0202_FeetProjection: Transverse_MercatorFalse_Easting: 699998.60000000False_Northing: 0.00000000Central_Meridian: -111.91666667Scale_Factor: 0.99990000Latitude_Of_Origin: 31.00000000Linear Unit: Foot_USGeographic Coordinate System: GCS_North_American_1983Datum: D_North_American_1983Prime Meridian: GreenwichAngular Unit: Degree Extent: Top: 4040.000000ftRight: 12721.198359 ftLeft: 0.000000 ftBottom: 1968.140000 ftXS2D_Boreline_2:Data Type: Shapefile Feature ClassShapefile: C:\Users\abergmann\Documents\XS2D_Boreline_2.shpGeometry Type: LineProjected Coordinate System: NAD_1983_StatePlane_Arizona_Central_FIPS_0202_FeetProjection: Transverse_MercatorFalse_Easting: 699998.60000000False_Northing: 0.00000000Central_Meridian: -111.91666667Scale_Factor: 0.99990000Latitude_Of_Origin: 31.00000000Linear Unit: Foot_USGeographic Coordinate System: GCS_North_American_1983Datum: D_North_American_1983Prime Meridian: GreenwichAngular Unit: DegreeExtent:Top: 22020.740000 ftRight: 12721.198359 ftLeft: 0.000000 ftBottom: 17111.000000 ft I hope this helps.
