davidv
Is there please any possibility to change the precission of values calculated and stored using GSSHA? We are trying to test the application of GSSHA model for small areas and we need to store hydrographs with higher precission.
Chris Smemoe
Davidv,As far as I know, there's no way to specify an output precision when running GSSHA. I will put in a request to the GSSHA developer to provide a way to specify an output precision. There are some outputs, such as the outlet hydrograph, that allow you to specify Metric or US Customary units for output. Usually the US Customary units give you better precision. I'll let you know what I find out from the developer.Chris
Chris Smemoe
The GSSHA developer informed me that the next update to GSSHA will have more significant figures in the hydrograph output. You can keep an eye out for the new version of GSSHA at http://gsshawiki.com. You will probably need to uninstall the version of GSSHA installed with WMS if you install the version of GSSHA on the web site.Regards,Chris
