ModAEM boundaries

Hi All

I want to develop a ModAEM solution which has a river as its downstream boundary. The problem is that ModAEM requires the definition of a polygon for the model area in a layer where one must select "Use to define model boundary (active area). When one does this the "Sources/Sinks/BCs" option are automatically reduced and the check box for "River" disappear. Hence, it is practically impossible to use a river as a boundary for the model.

Please note that I do not want to define the river as a specified head boundary.

This is a problem that I have in a number of areas that I am studying and, hence, I will really be appreciative for any thoughts.

Cheers
