RMA4 is generally used for computing transport of a constituent in solution using a hydrodynamic solution from RMA2, whereas FESWMS simulates the movement of water and non-cohesive sediments in rivers, estuaries, and coastal waters. For more inforamtion on the specifics of the two models, please click here for RMA4, and here for FESWMS.

Dear support team,

Which one is better to modeling sediment transport in river RMA4 or FESWMS.

On a side note from Todd, SED2D reads the RMA2 results and is used for sediment transport. The interface for SED2D has been removed from SMS, but I believe you can still read the results from SED2D. You would just have to create the input files and run it outside of SMS.

You could also look at PTM, Hydro AS-2D or CMS-FLOW, they have sediment transport capabilities.
