  1. In simulation run queue, the residual plot shows a constant trend of graph like the image given below throughout the whole simulation time. Is this okay?
  2. I have calibrated my model with manning's co-efficient. But, I am not satisfied with the results fine-tuning with n value. Now, I want to use eddy viscosity and manning's n as calibrating parameters. But, I can't find the location for the eddy viscosity tab. If anyone helps me by providing an effective reply, that would be very helpful. If any other calibrating parameters can be used in the SMS interface, please tell me.
  3. I am doing a sediment transport model in SMS SRH-2D. While assigning sediment material properties, I can't see any option for selecting sediment materials as coverage type for SRH 2D model. Can someone provide me some insight on how can I solve this problem? (A screenshot of problem is given below.) N.B.: I am using SMS 12.1(64bit).
  4. Hello everybody. I have a question about culvertĀ“s parameters in SRH 2D model (culvert BC parameters). Where can i find description of these parameters? In tutorial is written "Definitions of the input parameters can be found at www.xmswiki.com.". I try to find something, but nothing found. Thank you very much.
