Chris Smemoe 1 Posted September 6, 2016 Report Share Posted September 6, 2016 One way to check for adverse slopes is in the GSSHA model checker. This can be accessed by selecting the Model Check command in the GSSHA menu (2D Grid Module). Your streams all need to be defined as trapezoidal or cross section channels and you need to have Diffusive Wave routing turned on in the GSSHA job control for the model checker to find streams with adverse slopes.
