The wave height result of STWAVE

Add another question:

the input wave condition of STWAVE: in tool bar "Spectral Energy" select creat grid and then Generate Spectra,then in the "Spectral parameters" we must write

in "index","Angle","Hs","Tp"...,

and my question is What does Hs Mean? It means "Significant Wave Height"?

Hs is the incident zero moment wave height. Here is a link that explains what each item in the "Generate Spectra" dialog is:

But there is no information about how does the Hm0 be computated?

Hm0 is the Square root of m0 multiplied by 4?

Excuse me hycc_sms, but I can't understand why are you using STWAVE if you don't know some basic concepts like what's Hm0 and/or the way it is calculated.
