  1. Hi, I am trying to calculate curve number for a watershed using soil type and land use data. I am required to use watershed boundary, longest flowpath and drainage point shapefiles from another program. I also have GIS shapefile of soil type and land use. First I made the drainage coverage and projected watershed boundaries, longest flowpath and drainage point shapefiles. created the polygons and calculated basin data. Then I tried to calculate the CN using soil and landuse shapefiles. I used a land use table created by me using the soil and land use data. Please see the attached doc
  2. I am trying to combine a stratigraphic model that has a number of aquifers with T-PROGS model. I decided to use HGUID to specify the material in the stratigraphic model and SoilID to specify the material in T-PROGS simulations. Do I have to define material for all SoilIDs and all HGUIDs? e.g. SoilIDs ====== Clay Silt Sand Gravel Peat Silty sand HGUIDs for ======== Aquifer 1 Aquifer 1 Aquifer 2 Aquifer 3 Aquifer 4 Aquifer 5 I'll be appreciative for any ideas on how to handle this situation. Thanks
